We’re located in East London, not far from Leytonstone Tube Station (Central Line). ELP is a medium-sized business specializing in garment decoration, printing, and embroidery services.

Current Openings & Requirements

We’re looking for experienced professionals and potential apprentices (ages 18 to 22) with a keen interest in the garment decoration sector. Training is available for the right candidates.

Customer Service Staff – Daily Tasks:

• Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries
• Design creative materials (posters, stickers, t-shirts, etc.)
• Generate quotes, invoices, and manage custom garment orders
• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders
• Coordinate with the production team and resolve customer queries
• Track production progress and update customers accordingly
• Other general office duties

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• 2+ years’ experience in digital print operations (preferred)
• Basic sales and communication skills

Embroidery Machine Operator Jobs – East London

In this role, you’ll handle garment printing orders, assist customers, and create layouts, proofs, and mockups using Photoshop and Illustrator.

Excellent graphic design, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team member to ensure high-quality service and smooth production workflow.

Open to experienced applicants of all ages. Apprenticeships considered for 18 to 22-year-olds with potential.

Digital Garment Decorators – Daily Tasks:

• Prepare artwork for large-format printing
• Weed vinyl and prep for vinyl cutting
• Operate vinyl cutters
• Perform color separations for screen printing
• Operate heat press, Roland, and Epson printers

Screen Printers – Daily Tasks:

• Manual screen printing with plastisol inks
• Mix and match Pantone inks
• Screen printing on garments
• Wash and expose screens

Embroidery Machine Operators – Daily Tasks:

• Hooping and garment setup
• Threading machines and needle changes
• Download and prepare artwork
• Liaise with digitizers
• Operate heat press
• Assist production team as needed

 

Minimum 2 years’ experience with Tajima and Brother embroidery machines preferred.

• Well-organized, confident, and proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible with working hours and able to work overtime if required
