Do you offer custom printing and designs?

Can I use my own designs or do you have designers available?
You have both options! We offer an online design tool for you to create your own artwork. Additionally, our talented graphic design team is available to provide advice and help refine your ideas. We also offer pre-made templates for your convenience.
How do I submit my artwork?
Simply email your logo or artwork to info@eastlondonprinters.com. Our friendly staff will handle it and connect you with the design team if needed.
Ordering and Processing:
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, offering same-day or next-day service for urgent needs. We also have a rush order option for personalized t-shirts, with friendly customer service and free parking for pick-up. You can also visit our “Fast Quote Form” so we can start working on with your order.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
No, we happily accept orders of any size.

Can I speak to someone about my order before placing it?
Of course! Our team is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, to answer your questions by phone or email. If we’re unavailable by phone, we’ll promptly respond to your email inquiries.
How can I track my order?
Your sales representative will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment, allowing you to monitor its progress.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on order volume and location. We often deliver next-day or even same-day, but during peak periods, it may take 1-3 business days. We offer UK-wide delivery.
What are your shipping costs?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes are only possible before production begins. You’ll always approve the artwork before printing. However, once printing starts, we cannot stop the process or accept cancellations. Contact your sales rep immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order.
