In our video below  I am going to show you the process we go through  for silk screen printing onto garments.

This is how we do screen printing prints onto t shirts

First your logo is put onto our computer and a set of films are made.

 Next the films are exposed onto screens and washed out and dried.

A separate screen is also made for each colour in your design

Shirt printing machine

The screens are then setup precisely onto our screen printing machine and Inks are then added for each colour

The ink is then pushed through the screens onto the garment and then put through a dryer ready to be worn and washed again and again.

How to screen print? 

1. We prepare your artwork and make necessary colour separations to films.
2.  We then Coat your screens with emulation.
3. We then expose your screens with Light.
4. We then push ink through the screens using special inks

Generally we use oil based plastisol inks and water based inks for
